ZJDI-AI e-sign, answered
Is an electronic signature legally binding?
For most business agreements, yes. Each signature comes with a full audit trail and a certificate that serve as evidence of who signed, when and from where. A few documents may still need ink by law, so check with your legal adviser for those.
Do the people I send documents to need an account?
No. Outside signers receive a secure link and confirm who they are with a one-time code sent to their phone by SMS, then sign in the browser.
Which files can I send?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, CSV, RTF, text and images. They are converted to a PDF that keeps the layout, and the original is kept too. One request can include several documents.
How can someone check that a signed document is genuine?
Every signed PDF carries a QR code. Scanning it, or opening the verification link, shows the document’s record on a public verification page.
What happens to face data?
Face sign-in is optional and needs consent. Only an encrypted template is stored, it is compared with that one account only, and face images are never stored.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Upload your logo and choose a colour: the app, the emails and the cover of every signed PDF carry them straight away.
