Our story
Built from real work, not demos
ZJDI was founded in Harare in 2026, but the engineering behind it goes back further. Our team has trained and deployed models for credit risk and fraud detection, built face-verified onboarding that runs in production, automated the reports and reminders that used to eat whole working days, and built our own e-signature platform, ZJDI-AI e-sign, from the ground up.
That experience shaped how we work. Systems have to integrate with legacy cores, run on real networks, satisfy auditors and be understood by the people who use them. A clever demo is not enough.
Our motto says it plainly: We always have a smarter way of automating it. We look for it in every process we touch, and we will tell you honestly when the smarter way is something simpler than AI.
